Cipralex & OCD: Cipralex is escitalopram, the same as lexapro. It comes in 10mg & 20mg strengths, and i don't know which you're taking. Your doctor is the best one to ask this question, because s/he determines the dose you need by assessing your response over time. If your symptoms are improving, the dose may be sufficient. Usually psychotherapy is an important part of ocd treatment also.

OCD: I agree with Dr. Pappas. Don't know what your dose of medication is. If your OCD symptoms are controlled - that will answer the question. I also believe that some form of psychotherapy is very important.
