Today my 23 day on cipralex 20 mg after stoping 3 monts and relapse from ocd , experiencing sever anaxiety ! is it normal ? please advise?

Start at lower dose: While higher dose of medication might eventually be needed, you should start at a lower dose after you have stopped medication for a while and slowly work your dose up to the strength that worked for you.
