Hello! Hope you are doing great. All 3 medications you mentioned belongs to same class of drugs, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI), you should not combined these medications, just take one at a time and if you think that one is not helping then talk to your doctor to switch it to another one, and do not stop any of these medication suddenly.
