A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Ideal : Your ideal weight would be about 121lbs. The range is 104-160. If you only weigh 75lbs you are significantly underweight and should be evaluated for physiologic disturbances before changing your dietary intake.
