Hard to do: It's almost impossible to lose weight from just one body area. You can lose fat and build-up muscle by exercising that area, but muscle adds weight and the muscle in ther area may make it larger than when it was less muscular. Depending on your body type, fat will deposit and break down from general exercise and proper eating.
