Ideal Weight: For a 5' 2" woman, ideal weights vary from 108-145, the higher numbers for "large frame" body types. Yu should probably be in the 110-120 range if you have a small frame.

Ideal body weight is: Not based on age, but on height & gender. For a height of 5' 2" ibw for a female is 110-114 lbs (about 52 kg); so u r approximately 40 lbs (18 kg) overweight. Your body mass index (bmi) is 28.2 (overweight) with ideal being between 18 & 25. Avoid fast foods, sugary foods & drinks, white starches. Limit size of meal portions. Increase exercise (walking, pool exercises, etc) good luck.
