Several good choices: Many cheeses are naturally low in fat, such as part-skim mozzarella or goat cheese. Many others can be purchased in low-fat versions. I think most cheeses are reasonably healthy, but the key is to limit the amount because they are generally high in saturated fat, salt, and calories.

Cheese: This may sound odd but “real” cheese is usually a good choice. When shopping for “cheese” be aware that “pasteurized process cheese product” is less than 51% cheese & “pasteurized process cheese food” is at least 51% cheese. Processed foods may contain a number of additives, oils and emulsifiers.
