You may be infected: When hepatitis b surface antigen is positive means you are currently infected.If the test is positive for surface antibody it means you have either suscessfully fought the infection or immunity as a result of vaccination. You should follow this with your doctor asap.

If you are hepatitis b reactive, and then you are test again for HBsAG and the result is non reactive what does it mean? You don't have hbv?
