Should i be concerned if my partner got a result of hbsag non reactive for hepa test.is she already infected?

No: A negative hepatitic b surface antigen titer means that she is non-reactive. You could be infected, but not yet developed an antibody, or you may be in an early stage that is not yet identified. You should probably still be tested just to make sure. Hepatitis b, specifically, has a high risk of developing long term or chronic disease.

Hepatitis B: I may be misreading your question, but i need clarification. Why is your partner testing? Do you have hepatitis b? Have you not been vaccinated for this common and dangerous virus? Most americans are vaccinated now against hepatitis b. The test results you share show that she is not positive or immune to hepatitis b.
