Simple: The back ache is due to full colon. Take 4 (four) tablets of dulcolax at night. Take all 4 at one time. Next morning you will have a good bm. Then take 2 tablets of sennokot and one tablets of Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg every night for 2 weeks. Your system will start working.
