Just came back from portugal on holiday and now sore throat so bad i cant eat and red and white blisters all over back and roof of mouth and cant stay of the toilet with diarreah over a week and wont go away ? is this just a bug from abroad ?

Could be something more complex than a simple virus. In order to know appropriate treatment, the cause of your symptoms require identification. See your GP immediately, the practitioner that would have your baseline data. If you don't have one, go immediately to Urgent Care.
