Tension headache: The dull aching pain across the back and sides of your head is likely a Tension headache. This is stress related and stress can also negatively impact your appetite, sleep and digestion. I would focus on stress reduction, and if these symptoms do not improve or worsen you need to get a full evaluation by a physician. Good Luck!
