Tender abdomen: May be urinary tract infection or kiney stone or diverticulitis- infection of diverticula in colon that need antibiotics or appendicitis if on right side or even ovarian issue or infection in tubes of uterus or tubal pregnancy if you still have period. You need to go to urgent care or ER today.
