NOT NECESSARILY: Cow's milk is the #1 food allergy. Consider milk alternatives in rotation such as rice milk, goat milk, and almond milk. Soy milk is not a complete protein and thus, should be used sparingly. Also, one can develop an allergy to any food eaten too frequently. Get a food igg allergy test for milk. Food reactions cause inflammation and can interfere with metabolism. Check dna for lactose intolerance.
