yes. If the person has no allergy to the milk and does not suffer from lactose intolerance this is fine. It should be integrated with other intake into a balanced diet.

Other sources of Vitamin D and Calcium include yogurt, cheese and certain vegetables. A healthy balanced diet is recommended. Regular milk is 4 percent fat and nonfat is zero. If non obese, it should be fine, otherwise skim may be advisable.
