No problem, unless..: Unless a mom has too little milk, it doesn't matter at all that somebody else (such as a twin sibling or another person) is drinking some of the milk. The breasts will make more. So, as long as the baby is well-fed and happily growing, mom is fine to share her breast milk. However, breast milk is very rich with lots of milkfat, so it may not be healthy for adult humans to drink too much of it.
