A member asked:

Is drinking too much goat's milk, bad for health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: On what too much means to you. Humans are the only mammals that continue to consume milk after early childhood, and all milk has lots of fat and cholesterol. While goat's milk produces less allergic and GI symptoms in many people than cows milk, it is not necessarily healthier. A diet heavy on plant-based food and light on animal-based food, including milk, is healthiest.
