Right after i have a meal, i get pain in the right side of chest, this won't happen always but occasionaly. kindly advise .

The stomach is located in the center of the chest spanning from left to right. If you are having chest pains after eating, it may indicate something going on in your stomach. Talk to your primary care Dr and have a full History and Exam. Common causes such as Stomach ulcers or reflux are very treatable.
