Healthy Diet: I totally understand about not liking "diets." most people don't! that's why we need to think in terms of lifestyle changes rather than temporary diets. You can gradually decrease processed foods in your diet, shifting over to ones "in their own packages." fresh veggies, fruits, eggs, milk if you tolerate it, whole grains, grass-fed beef if you eat beef, organic chicken, turkey, good fats, etc.
