Kind of...: The absolute best way to make milk is to breastfeed exclusively! As a doctor AND a mom, I can tell you that breastfeeding is supply and demand. Some days you will feel like you breastfeed nonstop, then others it will be sporadic. Lots of fluids will help keep you hydrated to allow your body to keep producing, so water is a must! Drinking milk will not help you make more milk, breastfeeding will!

Yes: Yes but...You need to make sure you are still getting plenty of calories. I'd recommend doing the common sense things - eating healthy foods, exercising, but not going crazy with calorie restriction.

Breast fed is best: For many many reasons! www.Lalecheleague.Org/nb/nbbenefits.Html has a great explanation. On the other hand bottle feeding is ok and you shouldn't fee lguilty if you are unable to breast feed.

Can be other causes: Dizziness with exercise doesn't just happen with inadequate hydration. If a person is well hydrated, and still gets dizzy, her doctor can evaluate. Sometimes there are circulation problems, such as not enough blood flow to the brain under certain conditions or activities. There can be heart problems, or not enough red blood cells (anemia), etc...
