There are only a few ingredients to choose from and you don't want to take one that may be unnecessary. Choose a product that has what you need: cough med, decongestant, expectorant, tylenol, (acetaminophen) antihistamine. Most likely, there is a bottle that has the 2 or 3 things in it that you need.
