Speak with your OB. : It is unlikely that the epidural is causing you bladder issues today. You may have sustained an injury to it during labor and delivery.

Unclear: Did you have c-section or vaginal delivery? Stress incontinence is the term for losing control of your bladder when it gets full, due to weakness of the pelvic floor. This is common after vaginal delivery--even a sneeze or cough can cause urine to spill out. Unlikely it has anything to do with epidural. Ask your obstetrician about treatment options if problem continues. Good luck!
