I had a full hysterectomy 1 year ago. i have discomfort in my pelvic region. could a relapsed bladder be the cause of discomfort or could it becaused by constipation as i suffer from ibs as well?

Bladder pain ?: At 56, and without oral hormone supplementation, post-hysterectomy prolapse (lack of support for the bladder dropping the bladder on abdominal strain) will cause what you describe. See your gyn provider for advice on estrogen supplementation, or even surgical repair of the prolapse if found.
