Exercise not enough: Weight gain is a sign of stress. Eat 6 equal healthy meals, breath and relax for 5 minutes, then walk or rhythmically move for 10 minutes. This is 60 minutes a day of movement and 30 minutes of breathing that optimize blood flow and lowers stress.
