Hidraadenitis?: Cystic purple swelling in these areas may be inflammed glands called hidraadenitis suppuritiva. This will not respond to over the cow ter products. It may respond to antibiotics but need to be evaluated by dermatologist or primary care physician in person for proper diagnosis and treatment.
