May be shingles: Please consider seeing your health care provider for a diagnosis as if it is shingles (which can be relatively painless in some people) you should be cautious around pregnant females and could be contagious.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
