Lateral thigh veins: Without seeing this, it could be branches of the lateral subdermal venous system, which is the arc of thigh veins on the upper thigh. When damaged, they become visually prominent. Usually they respond well to injection treatment. They are a cosmetic problem. Have a doctor view them for proper diagnosis.
