Very complicated: Too many illnesses to discuss in this forum. If you have hepatosplenomegaly you need to be seen by a pcp and perhaps referred to someone with expertise in this area. Obviously you must be seeing somebody now and being evaluated. Ask them...

Lab Test interpretation....Protein Serum 5.7 Globulin Cal 1.2 A/G Ration 3.8...ALT 45.....Note AST was normal at 24....I have gained about -18 pounds in a year...Ultrasound showed normal liver slightly fat....all other blood work normal?

My Liver function test results are SGOT: 76.3, SGPT: 85.73, GGT:64.2, Serum globulin: 2.01 & Serum ALB/ Globulin ratio: 2.1. Bilirubin is within range. Is there any cause for concern? Should I take any medicines?
