i had blood work done & my a/g ratio & my sgot were low but my globulin count was high. i also have enlarged spleen & liver.what could cause this?

Very complicated: Too many illnesses to discuss in this forum. If you have hepatosplenomegaly you need to be seen by a pcp and perhaps referred to someone with expertise in this area. Obviously you must be seeing somebody now and being evaluated. Ask them...
