Need for evaluation: High protein diet does not increase serum globulins. An enlarged spleen warrants an investigation to determine the cause and you need to consult your doctor for that.

Need eval: I am concerned about the big spleen in your case. High globulin can be caused by many things including chronic inflammation, liver disease, rheumatological problems, malignancy/bone marrow problems etc, you need further evaluation, .
