Who made them?: If they came from a dentist or ear, nose & throat doctor, call one of them and ask if they'd look at your nightguard.

Nightguards: Generally speaking if your nightguard no longer fits properly it is best to have a new one made. Teeth move slightly over time and trying to use an old (even if adjusted) may not work as well. Your own dentist can evaluate your existing nightguard and discuss options. Everyone should know that OTC, online, or generic nightguards may do more damage than good, so a custom by DDS is best!
