I've had flu like symptoms: chills, sore throat, fever, & body aches. took tamiflu (oseltamivir). now 7 days in, i'm not feeling better throat hurts a lot & coughing?

Secondary infection : Sounds like a viral or flu syndrome with muscle aches, pains, sore throat, and cough. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms a little more time to improve- 2-3 days. Take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the fever. Drink plenty of fluids. If symptoms are progressively worsening, then you may be developing a bacterial throat or lower respiratory infection. You may need to see md rx.
