I've had flu like symptoms: chills, sore throat, fever, & body aches. Took tamiflu (oseltamivir). Now 7 days in, i'm not feeling better throat hurts a lot & coughing?

Secondary infection : Sounds like a viral or flu syndrome with muscle aches, pains, sore throat, and cough. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms a little more time to improve- 2-3 days. Take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the fever. Drink plenty of fluids. If symptoms are progressively worsening, then you may be developing a bacterial throat or lower respiratory infection. You may need to see md rx.

No: You have probably missed the window for Tamiflu (oseltamivir). It works best if taken within 48hrs of the first symptoms of the flu.
