Oil of oregano: 2 drops of oil of oregano twice daily. Can put it in any juice & drink. Vitamin C 2-5 gram daily x 1 month.

Nasal saline, fluids: Warm soothing fluids, nasal saline rinses and rest are advised. For fever >/= 101 Tylenol or Motrin may be taken. Watch for fever spikes and please follow up for worsening or prolonged symptoms.
