I had my baby at 32 weeks one year ago due to the placenta not getting enough nutrients. he was 2lbs. what are the chances of that happening again.

.: Depends on the reason why. If the reason for prematurity was genetic, you may need to speak to a geneticist to check chances of recurrence. If it were because of infections or enviornmental issues (eg smoking/drugs), it shouldnt recur as far as you follow doctors advise.
