Yes: Although depending on the medication you take, there may be some exceptions. Ask your physician or a blood bank regarding your medicaitons.

Could be problematic: Multiple sclerosis diagnosis would not prevent blood donation, but certain medicines are not allowed. Your list does not indicate a specific MS medication, and only OTC preps, so these three might be permissible. Yet, if you are taking other medications, there could be challenges. Your blood bank can advise you further.
