To some extent...: There are certain thigs that need to come before others in the treatment sequence. Most of the time however, there are ways to break things up into smaller more manageable chunks. Your dentist should understand that most people don't have an extra $10k sitting around and should work with you to address the most urgent needs first. Discuss your concerns about treatment sequence with the dentist.

Maybe : When a patient is treatment planned for certain care, there is an order that the treatment follows. If you are only having extractions and fillings, it could be broken up into different visits. If you need extensive crown and bridge, it may be better to do it all at once. This needs to be discussed further with your dentist.

It is possible: It is possible to have various procedures done at different appointments. However, if white filling are being done especially in the front teeth, then having these fillings done together will beneficial. This way the color of the fillings can all be matched up. Consult with your dentist.
