Less beer: Drink less beer, fatty, fried foods. Exercise and eat a healthy diet focusing on vegetables and whole grains. Much less alcohol, meat, eggs, dairy. Dairy does not cause you to lose weight - that was a scam by the dairy & beef industry.

No American food: Get away from the crappy American food especially of the midwest and south - look at the people from there - fattest & unhealthiest people in the US. Eat more veggies, lean fish, and whole grains. Look at the northern Italians, Chinese, Japanese, & rural Indians. Must do aerobic exercise daily to get your pulse up and breathing a little heavier. Also weights if no cardiac issues.

Stop drinking...: Seriously, if your goal is weight reduction, beer is very high in empty, non-nutritive calories. You can't spot reduce, so aiming for specific reduction in abdominal circumference may prove frustrating. Abdominal exercise will certainly tone your 6-pack which you can show off nicely once total weight reduction is achieved. There is no substitute for healthy eating & exercise to reach your goal.
