Beer is beer: "craft" beer or no, it's the alcohol and the carbohydrates in beer that make for belly fat. Alcohol itself has 8 calories per gram (with about 13 grams in the average beer). Getting a "beer belly" requires drinking LOTS of beer, often enough for an alcohol problem to develop. Cut back on all beer, and you have difficulty with that you need to consider getting some help. Good luck.
