At least once a week really bad belly cramps and loose yellow stool, i drink a lot of beer so not sure if it's related to the alcohol or food scared

See answer: Alcohol can cause your symptoms so it may be a wakeup call. Without knowing more of your history, it is hard to tell if you may have bile acid diarrhea or irritable bowel among other causes. See a GI doctor to evaluate this further especially if it doesn't get better after cutting back/stopping alcohol.
