A member asked:

If my husband has o- blood and mine is o+, could it cause our daughter problems with the health of her children?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Define problems?: The only scenario i can think of is if your daughter is o- (problem is less if o+) and her partner is a+, b+ or ab+. At birth, her infant could develop anemia due to an antibody produced by her that recognizes the babies red blood cells as foreign (known as ABO incompatibility for blood type differences or rh disease for the +). These are transient and will not cause long term problems.
