Needs neurological v: A complete neurological check up is advised to find out the cause of seizure. Most times the cause is not obvious and medication takes care of controlling seizures. occasionally there can be an underlying serious cause in the brain. So a brain MRI is done to make sure that there is no growth or mass in the brain which could have been the cause. It is of low likelihood.

Variety of causes: Presentation may be due to viral inflammation, but also could be an idiopathic epilepsy, could represent congenital brain lesion, metabolic dysfnctn, even reaction to recreational drugs and/or alcohol. Cause may be elusive. Discuss treatment approaches for this event with her doctors. At this point, NO driving, use of power equipment, or activities at heights.
