Guilt, as you said.: You were somewhat unclear with your question. I assume you want to get pregnant again. This guilt can be helped by your doctor or even a clergyman such as a priest. You need to get outside help. Most people know it's relatively easy to get an abortion and don't understand the consequences. You now know. Get some help. Hopefully this will pass. Good luck.

Abortion: Simply "trying for another" is unlikely to eliminate your current feelings. It might be more helpful to work with a psychologist or other mental health therapist about your feelings. This way you'll have a safe place to grieve, and eventually move on. Family members, friends -- even doctors and clergy -- may have their own judgments about your abortion. This can be an extra, unneeded burden.
