Clearly: This issue is not resolved for you. You may be suffering from grief. Even if you made the decision to have an abortion, it doesn't mean it isn't traumatic for you. You will likely stay stuck, until you directly deal with the matter. I would encourage you to consider seeing a psychologist for therapy.The therapist may refer you for a medication evaluation if indicated. This can get better.

Depression: It is not unusual to have deep regret months after an abortion. Consult with a mental health professional who can help you grieve and also help you work through your guilt feelings. You are a caring person so you feel regret, it does not mean something is wrong with you. Seek help and you will likely re-gain the previous balance you had in your life. Best wishes.
