Your : Your symptoms are very concerning and you need to have a complete medical evaluation. You should have blood test and thyroid tests. You should have a complete medical evaluation. Many women blame their symptoms on peri-menopause which is a possibility, but please get a complete medical evaluation to be sure that you don't have a condition causing your symptoms.

Anxiety : A lot of what you are describing sounds like anxiety. However it would not be unreasonable to have a simple evaluation with an echocardiogram as well as a holter monitor.
