Clearly something: The possibilities here are endless; from acute covid disease heart attack, or cardiomyopathy to simple hypothyroidism. Go to the emergency room and if you have already been there, then go back. If your condition is even close to what you describe and it's only taken 4 days to reach this point then you should be hospitalized until there is a diagnosis and/or reversal of your symptoms. GO NOW!
