Benefit how?: Gatorade is designed to replace the fluid lost to exercise in the humidity and heat. If you are not losing lots of fluid you shouldnt need it, if fluid losses are affecting your performance then you may benefit. This takes a strenuous exercise, like playing football and getting very sweaty.
