Okay i donate plasma at the plasma center they say my veins are really small so i have to drink a lot of water and i am not a water fan and can't drink a lot of water im always dehydrated what else could it mean? but i drink gatorade

Hydration, heat: Proper hydration gives you the best chance to have your veins full, ready for venipuncture. Drinking fluids which do not have caffeine helps, and applying heat to your arms for several minutes may help to dilate the veins. A bean bag placed in the microwave for several minutes will be warm enough for this.
