Too much water: That is 2-3x as much as you should drink. Why are you wanting to lose weight if your weight is 145lbs? You do not mention your height, but that is likely normal for most heights already.

More than needed: You may be drinking more water than needed. Drinking a lot of water alone is not going to result in weight loss. Caloric restriction and exercise will.
