Any benefits of drinking gatorade after running a few miles? or is it better to just stick to water?

Depends, sweaty?: For the occasional athlete, gatorade has too many calories, you could dilute it about 50:50 with water. If you are extremely sweaty, then the electrolytes in gatorade are beneficial to replenish what is lost in your sweat.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
