Eat more protein: When you eat protein( meat , fish, chicken) baked, broiled not fried and vegetables, you will not be hungry. You should not skip meals. Eat 4-5 small meals per day every 3 1/2 -4 hours. You will not be hungry. Do not eat foods made from white flour. Do not eat processed foods.
