Act brave: I'm going to assume that you are describing nothing more severe than the ordinary downs of life. What works best for many of us, including myself, is to think of the thing you're putting off doing and know that you should do. Then force yourself to do it. It's not fun, but it's good pain, like lancing a boil, and you'll feel quite good afterwards. And it will be easier next time. Cheers.
